1. What is self-storage and how does it work?

Self storage is a service offering flexible do it yourself storage for business, household and personal storage. We provide clean units, to which access is 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Your storage unit is locked with your own personal key ensuring that you are the only person to have access to your goods.

2. How much does it cost to store things in a unit?

It depends on the amount of items you have to store. We have a print out of the different units in our office so you can better visualize the exact size you need. You can also check our Unit Sizes and Prices table for dimensions.

3. What is included in the price? Are there any hidden extras?

The price you are quoted by our staff is your monthly charge for rental of that unit. You will need a lock to secure your unit. You can also purchase insurance through TenantOne, if you are not covered by other policies.

4. When do I pay?

Units are leased on a monthly basis, with payments made in advance. You may choose to have payments automatically drafted from a checking account, a credit card, or make payments in our office. Late charges do apply, and will be specified in your lease agreement

5. How can I pay for my storage?

Cash, Check, Money Order, Visa, or MasterCard. You can also Pay Online

6. How often can I have access to my unit? Does it cost for access?

We can offer access 7 days a week, at the request of the customer. Access is free at Fletcher Storage Center, no many how times you access your unit.
